For years, Dave dedicated himself to the construction industry—managing projects, leading crews, and helping bring other people’s dreams to life. Along the way, he gained not only extensive hands-on experience in remodeling, roofing, and construction operations, but also a deep understanding of what quality craftsmanship and true customer service should look like. But over time, a realization took hold: he was helping build visions for others while putting his own on hold.

With encouragement from family and friends—and, most importantly, the constant support, belief, and strength of his wife Patty—Dave made the decision to take a leap of faith. Vision 2 Reality was born from that moment. Patty’s role has been foundational, providing the encouragement, balance, and partnership that turned an idea into something real.
