Vision2Reality was born around a bonfire, a simple fire that represented something much bigger. As we sat talking about our experiences, we realized that while we had given our hearts fully to the companies we worked for, we were often only held there by the thinnest of strings. Our value wasn’t truly seen.

Both of us, Aaron Rocha and David Wheeler, are experts in our fields, That night, we decided it was time to stop waiting for someone else to recognize what we brought to the table. We needed to build something ourselves, something that honored the value of hard work, heart, and craftsmanship not just for us, but for everyone who would work alongside us.
